What We Do

• Licensed veterinarians, in-clinic and virtual.

• Pre-op consults, dental care, wellness and sick visits.
• Urgent care, excluding emergencies. If urgent, please visit an ER.

What We Don’t Do

• Emergency services. For emergencies, contact your nearest ER vet.
• No AI or chatbots — only licensed veterinary professionals.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a $35–$70 fee, depending on city.

Liability

• Our services aim to provide excellent care, but liability is limited to the appointment fee paid.
